Our History
CNC Technical Services was established in 2003 as an independent organization that set out to provide service for all major brands of CNC equipment. With fast response times, low rates and quality service that got the job done right the first time, we quickly grew into one of the largest CNC service organizations in New York.
Throughout that growth, we soon realized that providing exemplary field service alone wasn’t enough. What we needed was to provide parts - quality replacement parts, with fast delivery and low costs. That required having vendors who shared our approach and commitment to customer satisfaction and service. In 2006, we began using All World Machinery Supply, Inc. as a vendor for the majority of replacement parts needed for repairs. With the same high standard to customer satisfaction that is defined by quality products and dependable service, it became evident over time that our organizations would form a partnership to distribute their products throughout our region and beyond. At the same time, we branched out to form partnerships with repair service organizations for Fanuc and Yaskawa controls, drives and motors. By the end of 2008, we had established strong vendor relationships to assist us in supporting our customer base, which had grown to almost 200 shops in the region with a combined inventory of nearly 800 machines. In 2009, we officially became the New York State distributor for All World Machinery Supply, Inc.
Our Present
Today, CNC Technical Services is expanding its territory to reach customers throughout the United States. With a growing stock inventory and increased staffing for additional service and customer support, CNC Technical Services is more capable than ever of providing our customers with all their service and parts needs.

Our Future is based on the fundamental principle that brought us into our 9th year of business – providing personable customer service with the best combination of quality, price, and response time. With the global market ever changing, we realize that we must be able to adapt quickly and effectively to the ever-changing needs of our customers. Understanding the challenges facing our customers today, we are taking a pro-active approach to ensure our success in meeting these and new challenges in the future. CNC Technical Services will continually strive for excellence in customer satisfaction for years to come.
